Furnish and Install 12 Jet Black Granite Panels for the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall. The Town of Wallkill ("Town") hereby Requests proposals by interested vendors to furnish and install twelve (12) jet black granite panels for the Vietnams Veterans Memorial Wall located in Memorial Park, 260 Highland Avenue Ext, Middletown, NY 10940. Proposals for said item will be submitted in a sealed envelope at the above address. They shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder and be marked accordingly. The bid to Furnish and Install 12 Jet Black Granite Panels will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. Where bids are identical, the contract may be awarded to either bidder. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all proposals. QUESTIONS DURING THE PROPOSAL PREPARATION PROCESS - As of the issuance date of this Request for Proposals (RFP) and continuing until 48 hours prior to the time for submitting proposals has expired, the Town will provide relevant information as necessary for all Vendors to familiarize themselves with the requirements set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
