Site work for a power facility in Lindsay, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
The Lindsay Public Works Authority (LPWA) is seeking sealed bids for the demolition and removal of existing concrete structures. The location is at 1212 S. E. 4th, Lindsay, OK. The Lindsay Public Works Authority is requesting interested bidders to provide bids on two (2) options. Bidder may bid both or only one of the options. Option 1. Demolition and removal of existing concrete foundation, piers, basement walls and slabs, and scattered debris on-site. The bid should include removal of inground concrete tanks and footings. Rough grading of all disturbed areas to include using soil available on-site. Option 2. Demolition and removal of existing concrete, walls, that are exposed above ground and fill existing basements. Bid should define how to fill basements and areas exposed. The successful bidder will provide the proper insurance and bonds as required by the Owner (LPWA).
