NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that sealed proposals are sought and requested by the Sauquoit Valley Central School District for Work of Single Prime Contract consisting of Site Improvements, Tennis Court Renovations, interior and exterior Renovations, improvements and upgrades to the District's Elementary School, Middle School, High School and Bus Garage on Phase 2 of the 2021 Capital Project listed below in accordance with Drawings, Specifications, and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by Ashley Architects, 125 East Jefferson St, Syracuse, New York 13202. Bids are requested for the following Single Prime Contract: Mechanical Work After purchasing the files prospective Bidders may obtain paper copy prints of the documents, full set or partial set, at their own cost from Plan & Print Systems, or by taking the disk to a printer of their choosing. Cash is not acceptable for Contract Documents. Partial sets requested, shall be obtained by interested parties, at their cost, with no money returned. Documents may also be viewed free of charge at the Plan Holder's website. As bid security, each proposal shall be accompanied by Certified Check or Bid Bond made out to Owner, in accordance with amounts and terms described in INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject, any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within forty five (45) calendar days of actual date of opening thereof.
