GIVEN, that sealed proposals are sought and requested by the Sauquoit Valley Central School District for Work of Single Prime Contract consisting of Site Improvements, Tennis Court Renovations, interior and exterior Renovations, improvements and upgrades to the District's Elementary School, Middle School, High School and Bus Garage on Phase 2 of the 2021 Capital Project listed below in accordance with Drawings, Specifications, and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by AshleyMcGraw Architects, 125 East Jefferson St, Syracuse, New York 13202. Sauquoit Valley CSD 2021 Capital Project Phase 2 Bids are requested for the following Single Prime Contract: Plumbing Work Cash is not acceptable for Contract Documents. Partial sets requested, shall be obtained by interested parties, at their cost, with no money returned.
