For suppliers to bid on interior painting services at 5 of our residential properties. Contract may be awarded for single location or multiple locations. The successful proponent will paint all common areas including cabinetry, hallways, entrances, elevators, doors, and trims (including inside door trims), lounges, office spaces and laundry rooms. The successful proponent will repair any, and all damages prior to painting. Touch up any water-stained ceilings where possible. Any ceilings that are considered stipple will be painted. T-Bar ceilings will not require painting. Door frames edges to be caulked prior to painting. The successful proponent will have the capacity to provide prime (1 coat) and paint (2 coats). 1.
