The City of Imlay City is requesting sealed bids for Sludge Removal for the City of Imlay City Waste Water Treatment Plant located in Imlay City, MI 48444. The bid shall be for price per gallon that will remain constant for a 3-year period and agrees to provide sludge removal and land application for a 3-year period from the date of city acceptance of the bid and shall include sludge analysis on land application parameters. The City of Imlay City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
