This notification is provided to inform and advise Playground Inspection Services Project forthcoming by the Lambton Kent District School Board (LKDSB). This notification of project shall be considered as a supplement to the Bid Documents for the project and as such will become part of the tender and contract documents. The Intent of this Request for Bid is to obtain bids to perform the required annual inspections and minor maintenance of the playgrounds at LKDSB locations in accordance with Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Z614:20. Project Term for 5 years with option for 2 additional years. Project start date: April 1, 2023 The Purchaser may amend any timeline, including the Submission Deadline, without liability, cost, or penalty, and within its sole discretion.
