Your firm is invited to submit an offer, under seal, for the Courthouse MEP upgrades of select areas of the Platte County Courthouse. The Project is located at 2610 14th Street, Columbus, NE. Project Description: 1. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Minor demolition of interior walls, suspended ceiling systems and room finishes; concrete floor removal and replacement; sealants; wood door; door hardware; gypsum board assemblies; acoustical lay-in ceiling systems; tile; resilient base; paint and coatings; washroom accessories: electrical power and lighting; plumbing and plumbing fixtures; HVAC. Partial sets (drawing sheets/specification sections) of bid documents will not be issued. Bid Documents are available for viewing at the offices of the following construction association plan room facilities. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount, payable to Platte County Board of Supervisors. Performance and Payment bonds will be required in the amount of the bid. All costs for such bonds shall be included in the Bid. Refer to other bidding instructions in Section 00 21 13.
