*The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: For New Elementary Prototype - Architectural Services Davis School District Professional Services Selection Committee seeks a Statement of Interest and Qualification (SOIQ) for architectural design services for the new elementary prototype. Responses, including statements of qualifications, design statement, design portfolio, and management plan, must be uploaded (in pdf format) electronically by the due date and time specified. The Professional Services Selection Committee will conduct a two-step selection process.
o Step One will evaluate the submitted responses and create a short list for interviews.
o Step Two will interview the short-listed architect This project will be procured under the Brooks A/E Act. Fees will not be part of the selection process. Design fees will be negotiated with the successful firm. The principal architect for the project must be a Utah Licensed Architect. The District will enter into an agreement for the project with the successful architectural firm. The Davis School District Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of the District. The Statement of Interest and Qualification (SOIQ) documents, including the selection requirements and the selection schedule, will be available from www.bidsync.com on Tuesday, 17 January 2023. For questions regarding this project, must be submitted electronically. Answers will be posted electronically. Any addendums to this solicitation will also be issued electronically. No others are to be contacted regarding this project. As of July 17, 2023, this project has been on indefinite hold. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
