The Charter Township of Grand Blanc is accepting quotes for the replacement of backstops and sideline fencing on baseball fields 2-5 (See Attachment 1) in Creasy Bicentennial Park located at 1505 E Grand Blanc Rd, Grand Blanc MI 48439. The project shall include: Demolition, removal, and disposition of all existing fencing, post, and concrete footings Provide and Install four (4) new backstops approximately 80' long x 16' high, using 6-guage chain link fence on the lower 8', and 9-gauge chain link fence on the upper 8'. (All bidders are encouraged to visit the site and take their own measurements) Backstops should include 1.5" SS20 framework for new pitched roofs to be installed by others over each dugout. Provide and Install 6' high sideline fences using 9-guage chain link fence Provide and install all new 3" SS40 terminal posts and 2.5" SS20 line posts on both dugouts and sideline fences All post will be set in 42" deep concrete footings. Existing footings must be removed and disposed of by the contractor All work shall be completed by March 31th, 2023.
