The West Feliciana Parish Consolidated Waterworks District No. 13 will receive separate sealed Bids for the Elevated Tank Repairs and Painting Tunica Tank; Contract No. 22-1803-29. The work consists of repairing and repainting the 150,000 gallon elevated tank. It is the Intent of the Owner, but not guaranteed, to award the contract at the subsequent West Feliciana Parish Council Meeting on April 10th, 2023. This project is funded via the Office of Community Developments Water Sector Program from the States allocation of ARPA funding from the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund and all bidders shall meet all requirements of said program. Prior to award of this construction contract, West Feliciana Consolidated Water District No. 13 must obtain contractor clearance from OCD-LGA. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Work will be substantially completed within 150 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 210 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
