For ITB 23-06: Unit Priced Overhead Door and Gate Repair Services This Contract provides for repair, replacement, and service of overhead door equipment and motor operated gates at multiple sites with various systems at each site. The City intends to award one contract for an initial period of two (2) years, with an option to renew for up to two (2) additional years. The City of Vancouver in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
