This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision rehabilitation of the retaining wall of the fuel dock at Southend, Saskatchewan. The dock at Southend, Saskatchewan is being used to facilitate the fueling of aircrafts. The dock is showing signs of slumping (railing is collapsing toward the lake) and there is some slumping visible on the surface. A new fuel tank has been purchased as part of another project and will be put in place once the dock is functional again. Conduct the project without interfering with the operations of the fuel dock. Operational season is expected to be between May 15, 2023, and August 31, 2023. Deadline for Questions: January 25, 2023
