For Design Services On behalf of the City of Greenbelt, we are pleased to invite you to submit a proposal for a design team to provide programming, planning, and architectural design options, with approximate cost estimates, for new space development options for the City's Municipal Building. Q&A Answers Posted January 27, 2023 All requests for clarifications or additional information related to this Request for Proposal (RFP) must be submitted in writing (via email) by January 26 and directed to Tim George, Interim City Manager, at tgeorge@greenbeltmd.gov. All answers will be provided in writing and posted on the City electronically on or before January 27. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
