Professional Engineering Consultants that have expertise in the principles and practices of engineering as applied to the planning, conceptual design, maintenance, and operations of public water supply systems to provide Consulting and Planning Engineering Services for a two (2) year term with an estimated not-to-exceed amount of $150,000.00 ($75,000.00/year). The selected Consultant shall have expertise in the fields of water treatment, conveyance, and facility maintenance of a large public water utility. The Consultant shall assist in the programmatic management and administration of planned capital and/or maintenance projects. The Consultant shall use its best effort at all times to cause the Services to be performed in the most expeditious and cost effective manner consistent with the interests of the Commission. Bidders are required to comply with all state laws and regulations concerning public contracting, including but not limited to the "New Jersey Local Public Contract Law" (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq.). The Commission reserves the right, in accordance with applicable law, to reject any or all proposals and waive any irregularities in the proposal process. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
