PROVISION OF GENERAL CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES NORTH JERSEY DISTRICT WATER SUPPLY COMMISSION (the "Commission") is soliciting Not-to-Exceed Proposals from interested firms for the provision of Provision of General Consulting Engineering Services, for a two (2) year term, as applied to the planning, design, construction, maintenance and operations of a public water supply system, as more particularly described through a Request for Proposal ("RFP") process. Through the procurement process initiated by this RFP, firms interested in providing such Services must prepare and submit a Proposal in accordance with the procedures and schedule established in this RFP. Respondents shall demonstrate that they have the continuing capability to perform these services. In addition, the Respondent must own and maintain a local office within 100 miles of the Commission. If awarded a contract your company/firm will be required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bidders are required to comply with all state laws and regulations concerning public contracting, including but not limited to the "New Jersey Local Public Contract Law" (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq.). The Commission reserves the right, in accordance with applicable law, to reject any or all proposals and waive any irregularities in the proposal process.
