The North Jersey District Water Supply Commission ("the Commission") is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq. Access Approval Forms should be submitted, via email to Security, with a copy of a photo ID, twenty-four (24) hours in advance of arrival on site. Interested participants who have not emailed an Access Approval Form prior to the meeting start time, will not be permitted to attend. The access approval and visitor questionnaire forms may be found in Attachment "1" of the RFP. NORTH JERSEY DISTRICT WATER SUPPLY COMMISSION ("the Commission") RFP responses should be submitted via certified mail, hand delivered overnight delivery. More information concerning this RFP and the Commission's public contracting process can be found on the Commission's website. Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. If awarded a contract your company/firm will be required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bidders are required to comply with all state laws and regulations concerning public contracting, including but not limited to the "New Jersey Local Public Contract Law" (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq.). The Commission reserves the right, in accordance with applicable law, to reject any or all proposals and waive any irregularities in the proposal process.
