**As of February 24, 2023, this project has been awarded to Microsurfacing Contractors in the amount of $561,962.50. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Sycamore for the 2023 MICROSURFACE PROJECT consisting of microsurfacing and traffic control within the Landahl and Townsend Woods Subdivisions Sycamore, Illinois. No pre-bid conference is scheduled. All proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee consisting of a Certified or Cashier's Check, Bank Money Order or Bid Bond in an amount of not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive or not to waive any informalities therein. Traffic control, level binder hand and machine methods, leveling binder, pavement patching and microsurface 2 pass type 2
