Renovation of an educational facility in Ransom, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Allen Otter Creek CUSD #65 will receive sealed bids for Project named "Window Replacement" Bid Bond: Executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount of not less than 5% of the base bid shall be submitted with each bid. Failure to submit an acceptable bid bond with the bid will result in the rejection of the bid. Evaluation of Bids: The Owner will evaluate bids based on cost, experience and past performance of contractor, rating of bonding company, type of insurance, rating of insurance company and conformance to the contract documents. Prevailing Wage Rates: The successful bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutes requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all contractors working on public works. Equal Employment Opportunity: The successful bidder must comply with the Equal Employment Opportunity Regulations promulgated by the Illinois Fair Employment Practices Commission. Performance & Payment Bond: The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond & Payment Bond satisfactory to said Owner equal to 100% of the contract. The cost of such a bond will be included in each contractor's proposal. The successful bidder will be required to furnish insurance equal to or greater than the specified amounts and conditions. The cost of the insurance will be included in each bidder's proposal s: The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding, whenever such actions are in the interest of the owner.
