Allen Otter Creek CUSD #65 will receive sealed bids for Project named "Window Replacement" Bid Bond: Executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount of not less than 5% of the base bid shall be submitted with each bid. Failure to submit an acceptable bid bond with the bid will result in the rejection of the bid. Evaluation of Bids: The Owner will evaluate bids based on cost, experience and past performance of contractor, rating of bonding company, type of insurance, rating of insurance company and conformance to the contract documents. Prevailing Wage Rates: The successful bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutes requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all contractors working on public works. Equal Employment Opportunity: The successful bidder must comply with the Equal Employment Opportunity Regulations promulgated by the Illinois Fair Employment Practices Commission. Performance & Payment Bond: The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond & Payment Bond satisfactory to said Owner equal to 100% of the contract.
