This project requires 22% DBE participation, or if the contract goal is not met, documented evidence of good faith efforts. The Complexity Factor for this project is 0. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on July 26, 2023, at 1:30 PM at the Region Two/District Three Office in Ottawa. Phase II engineering services will include preparation of Phase II final contract plans and special provisions. Work may include pick-up survey, preparing roadway plans, preparing structure plans, identifying utility conflicts and relocations, preparing detailed staging and traffic control plans, participating in local agency and/or public coordination, reviewing shop drawings, providing quantities and detailed information to the district Estimator, and all other work necessary to complete the final contract Plans, Specifications, and Estimates.
