The project will consist of furnishing and delivery of one (1) Packaged Wastewater Pump Station as manufactured by the Gorman-Rupp Company. Bidders must be on record at the issuing office as an official plan holder. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons or companies who have purchased a full set of contract documents. Except as otherwise expressly permitted by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of 60 days after date of bid opening. The North East Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any part of any bid, and to waive any and all informalities in connection therewith.
