Zone 1 - High School Gym and West Faculty Parking Lot Approximately 11,625 square yards 2. Zone 2 - High School North Drive and Loading Dock Approximately 3,070 square yards 3. Zone 3 - Maintenance Drive and Parking Approximately 3,900 square yards 4. Zone 4 - Bus Garage West Parking Area Approximately 700 square yards 5. Zone 5 - Maroon Drive Drainage reconstruction A. Zones 1-3 1. Zone 1 only - remove 6 existing trees and prep areas for paving 2. Mill and remove 2" of deteriorated asphalt* 3. Place a 1/2 " 9.5mm SP leveling course 4. Place a 1 1/2" 9.5mm SP wearing course 5. Seal all edges 6. Reline areas as per school district specifications B. Zone 4 1. Excavate, fine grade and prep area for paving 2. Place, fine grade and compact gravel sub base 3. Place a 4 1/2 " 25mm SP base course 4. Place a 1 1/2 " 9.5mm SP wearing course 5. Seal all edges 6. Reline areas as per school district specifications C. Zone 5 1. Remove Existing Concrete drainage 2. Replace with appropriately sized piping 3. Place, fine grade and compact gravel base around pipe 4. Place a 4 1/2 " 25mm SP base course 5. Place a 1 1/2 " 9.5mm SP wearing course 6. Seal all edges *All Millings will stay on site and be deposited in District specified area
