Question Submission Close Date 1/25/2023 12:00 PM MST The City of South Jordan (City) is seeking proposals from concessionaires to operate concessions at two facilities owned by the City: a) the South Jordan Softball Complex located at 10800 S. Redwood Road, and b) Mulligans Golf and Games located at 692 West 10600 South, South Jordan, Utah. The City will grant rights to the successful concessionaire to operate concession services for all events at these locations during the 2023 season. Proposals may be submitted for consideration for one or both locations. The City may award contracts to two separate respondents. The awarded concessionaire(s) may also have the opportunity to operate concession services at specials events throughout the season as needed. Minimum requirements are at least one year or experience in the food industry. Please do not contact the City of South Jordan directly with questions. The City reserves the right to award this bid in full or in part. All inquiries and responses must be made online via SciQuest. No paper bids will be accepted. **The City reserves the right to reject any Bid if the City believes that it would not be in the best interest of the project or the City. Without limitation, such rejection may be because the Bid is not responsive, or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful ability or the Bid or Bidder fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the City, as solely determined by City.** The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
