The City of South Jordan is seeking a qualified contractor to install a landscape retaining wall on Charlotte Drive. The City of South Jordan is seeking a qualified contractor to install a landscape retaining wall on Charlotte Drive near the intersection of 1000 West. The work includes, but is not limited to site grading and prep, SWPPP mitigation, excavation of native material, import of design specific backfill and wall material, surveying, material compaction, all materials and product needed for wall construction including blocks, gravel, drainage materials, structural grid, backfill material, installation and labor necessary for landscape restoration, reseeding and final grading, and restoration of any curbing or fencing impacted during construction. The work must be substantially complete 45 days from Notice to Proceed. The anticipated Notice to Proceed is April 1st to June 1st, 2023.
