For Janitorial Services The Town of Palm Beach is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms, readily available to provide the services The awarded vendor shall provide contractual janitorial services for the Town of Palm Beach facilities. The awarded vendor shall furnish all supplies, labor, equipment, and materials required to complete the work as described and required by this RFP. Custodial services shall be provided at the following locations: 1. TOWN HALL - 360 S. County Rd., Palm Beach, FL 33480 2. RECREATION - 340 Seaview Ave., Palm Beach, FL 33480 2. A. SEAVIEW PARK TENNIS CENTER - 340 Seaview Avenue, Palm Beach, FL 33480 2. B. PHIPPS OCEAN PARK TENNIS CENTER - 2201 S. Ocean Blvd, Palm Beach, FL 3. POLICE - 345 S. County Rd., Palm Beach, FL 33480 4. NORTH FIRE STATION - 300 N. County Rd., Palm Beach, FL 33480 5. CENTRAL FIRE STATION - 355 S. County Rd., Palm Beach, FL 33480 6. PUBLIC WORKS - 951 Okeechobee Rd., WPB, FL 33401 7. PUBLIC REST ROOMS - Phipps Ocean Park South 8. PUBLIC REST ROOMS - Phipps Ocean Park North 9. PUBLIC REST ROOMS - Midtown Beach 10. PUBLIC REST ROOMS - Bradley Park 11. DOCKS - Marina The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials to perform custodial services seven (7) days a week at the Police Facility and Central Fire Station; six (6) days a week at the Recreation Center building; five (5) days a week at the Town Hall and Public Works buildings; one (1) day a week at the North Fire Station; seven (7) days a week at the Public Rest Rooms at Phipps Ocean Park South; seven (7) days a week at the Public Rest Rooms at Phipps Ocean Park North and seven (7) days a week at the Public Rest Rooms at Midtown Beach; seven (7) days a week at the Marina. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. Award will be made to the best proposal, whose response meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this RFP. No proposers may withdraw their proposals for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date set for the opening thereof.
