The City of Laconia Public Works Department requests sealed competitive bids to provide portable toilets for the 100th Laconia Motorcycle Week event. Please direct any questions regarding this Bid Conditions to: Gina Roy at 603-524-3877 or by email to groy@laconianh.gov The City of Laconia reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or any part thereof, to waive any formality in the bidding process, and to accept the bid considered to be in the best interest of the City. Failure to submit all information called for herein may be sufficient grounds for disqualification. The City reserves the right to cancel this bid request at any time for any reason The City of Laconia Public Works Department requests sealed competitive bids to provide portable toilets for the 100th Laconia Motorcycle Week event. Toilets are to be delivered on June 8 th no later than 2:00pm and picked up on June 19, 2023. The City seeks thirty (30) to forty (40) regular toilets and four (4) to six (6) handicapped accessible units for the event. The units are to be strategically located around the Weirs Beach area. The toilets shall be delivered and maintained as specified on the included Bid Sheet Award company Mr. Portable Restroom
