Site work for a mixed-use development in Dalton, Massachusetts. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

As of February 20, 2023, bids received were rejected. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. CBRSD is soliciting bids for a renovation of the existing track. The scope of work includes the demolition and removal of the existing track surface, pavement subsurface and select sections of fence. The track subsurface gravel will need to be recompacted prior to repaving and resurfacing with and all weather track surface. The scope also includes drainage improvements as well as new fencing. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Every request for such an interpretation of project specifications shall be made in writing by a bidder and sent via email to Mr. John Benzinger, Skanska USA (Owner OPM) at john.benzinger@skanska.com.
