Site work and new construction of a civil project in Fleming Island, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project Description: The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the following: 1. New pre-engineered metal building, complete as shown and described 2. All architectural features 3. All Electrical, mechanical, structural, plumbing components 4. Building and floor plan is designed to accommodate all BCR Equipment including two 160-GPM rotary disk thickeners, two polymer feed systems, two 15,000-gallon process tanks, one Centrisys 2-Phase Centrifuge and five chemical storage tanks. All equipment inside the new pre-engineered building is provided by others and is not included in the scope of work of this project. The contractor shall review and coordinate equipment shop drawings/component information provided by others. Work includes construction of support concrete pads and containment berms, pipe trenches for piping and stub-outs of electrical and plumbing for the equipment. Refer to specification Section 01010 - Summary of Work for more information. 5. Site work including grading, paving and drainage modifications and additions as shown and specified. 6. Onsite work (outside the building) includes interconnection to existing utilities and wastewater pump station and WAS pump station as shown on the drawings. 7. Relocation of pre-purchased equipment currently stored at various off-site locations to the Fleming Island WRF. Intent to Bid Due Date: Mar 24th 2023, 2:30 PM EDT Questions Due Date: Mar 1st 2023, 12:00 PM EST The Selected Contractor shall perform the Work complete, in place and make ready for construction of improvements at Fleming Island Water Reclamation Facility including A.T he work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the following: 1. The Selected Bidder shall furnish, unless otherwise noted, all necessary permits, labor, equipment and materials to complete the following: 1. Mobilization/Demobilization, General Requirements, Bonds and Insurance. 2. Contractor is responsible for protecting existing materials, structures, and equipment on-site during construction activities. 3. Site Work b. Erosion Control c. Site restoration including seeding, grassing, and other restoration. Contractor agrees to restore as necessary, any systems that might be impacted during construction. d. Restoration of the project site to pre-construction condition. e. Proper removal and disposal of excess and unsuitable materials f. Construction items as detailed above. 4. Electrical, Instrumentation and Control work shall be constructed in accordance with CCUA Standards, drawings, and specifications to provide a functional and integrated new electrical andcontrol system. 5.
