Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Edwardsville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Proposed improvements consist of removal and replacement of Portland Cement Concrete pavement, storm sewer removal and replacement, and sidewalk removal and replacement at various locations within the City of Edwardsville. Prequalification by the Illinois Department of Transportation is required. The contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILSC 130/1-12). The City of Edwardsville reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
