**As of March 29,2023, this project has been awarded to RCS Construction, Inc. in the amount of $624,298.05. City of Edwardsville Sealed proposals for the Gateway Commerce Center Drive West Pavement Patching Contract will be received at the office of the City Clerk. Proposed improvements consists of removal and replacement of Portland cement concrete road, median, and shoulder and crack sealing of Gateway Commerce Center Drive West in the City of Edwardsville. Prequalification by the Illinois Department of Transportation is required. The contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILSC 130/1-12). The City of Edwardsville reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
