Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Quincy, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a 630-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The City of Quincy is building a new six hundred square foot office building located on the grounds of the Pine Hill Cemetery nearest the Willard Street entrance. This single-story structure will be the new home for the Pine Hill Cemetery administration. The construction includes stud walls with brick veneer, conventional type wood frame roof, and slab on grade foundation. Energy efficient heating and cooling and discerning lighting will be an integral part of this classically inspired project. The deadline for questions is 4:00 p.m. on January 26, 2023 for sub-Bids and 4:00 p.m. on February 10, 2023 for General Bids.
