Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Quincy, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a 600-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The City of Quincy is building a new six hundred square foot office building located on the grounds of the Pine Hill Cemetery nearest the Willard Street entrance. This single-story structure will be the new home for the Pine Hill Cemetery administration. The construction includes stud walls with brick veneer, conventional type wood frame roof, and slab on grade foundation. Energy efficient heating and cooling and discerning lighting will be an integral part of this classically inspired project.
