For the exterior and interior renovations of Village Green Phase #2, Building 1, 3, 4, 9 and 11, located at 901 2nd Street East, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Work comprises of the complete exterior and interior renovations with new finishes, mechanical, and electrical to Five (5) buildings containing a combined total of Twenty-One (21) Units. Demolition will include the abatement of ACM's. Improvements to the exterior grounds will include new parking lot car plug pedestals, landscaping, new fences, and the restoration of patio pavers at each unit. The surrounding buildings not included in Village Green Phase 2 scope will remain tenant occupied and operational.
