The City of Prince Albert water treatment facility operates a Dry Chlorine Gas Scrubber model ESCR-750 to purify the air from the chlorine gas storage and feed rooms. This deep bed cross flow gas scrubber is specifically designed to operate with Unisorb Canada's MK5 HCI & Chlorine Vapor Adsorbent media (see appendix A specifications). The successful vendor will supply and deliver the MK5 HCI & Chlorine Vapor Adsorbent media. The City of Prince Albert will supply the equipment required for media removal from the scrubber, dispose of the old media, and provide crane services for the installation of the new media. Depending on the MK5 media availability and timelines for delivery, the dates for installation can be flexible with the City of Prince Albert.
