Site work for a water / sewer project in Battle Creek, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Description: The City is soliciting bids for Contractor services for rebuilding one large capacity well. No. 4 Well has a large capacity inline turbine pump located in the Verona well field of Battle Creek MI that requires rebuilding. The selected Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and parts to properly disassemble, pull well parts and put well parts back down in well, assembled and operational. Contractor shall replace all well parts below the wellhead. The well work shall be completed by May 31, 2023. Well No. 4 requires rebuilding. The well is a large capacity inline turbine pump and is located in the Verona well field of Battle Creek MI. High lift No. 4 has 18" column pipe and couplings, 2.25" stainless steel shafting and stainless steel couplings, and bearings.
