In addition to contractors with an establishment in Quebec, those who have an establishment in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental contract liberalization agreement applicable to the municipality are authorized to bid for the execution of the work. Any bid must, to be valid, be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, bank draft, bond or bank guarantee valid for a period of sixty (60) days in an amount equivalent to ten cent (10%) of the total amount of the tender, including taxes , and issued in the name of the VILLE DE MATANE. Deadline for submitting complaints (DDP): January 30, 2023. Deadline for responding to complaints (DRP): February 3, 2023. Ville de Matane does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and incurs no obligation or costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s).
