Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Douglas, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Owner intends to reconstruct parking facilities located on the campus of the Douglas Primary School. The project will include approximately 31 tons of asphalt pavement, 58 cubic yards of reclaimed asphalt surfacing, 190 cubic yards of concrete pavement, and associated appurtenances. The Pre-Bid Conference will have a formal sign-in process, which will become the official record of attendance for the purposes of determining eligible Bidders. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory for any Contractor to submit a Bid as a prime bidder. Contractors who intend to submit as a prime bidder must have at least one full-time, permanent employee present. No proxy representatives, such as Subcontractors or Consultants, meet this requirement. In the event a Contractor submits a Bid but did not attend the Pre-Bid Conference, the Bid will be accepted. The list of eligible Bidders will be included in the Addenda issued for the project. Questions must be received by 5 p.m. on Tuesday January 31, 2023
