Renovation of a mixed-use development in Douglas, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Request for Proposal (RFP) for professional services in support of HVAC Replacement at Douglas Middle School and Douglas Primary School, located at Douglas Middle School and Douglas Primary School. Design suitable HVAC systems that will replace the current ones at Douglas Middle School and Douglas Primary School. The new systems must be able to service 102,622 square feet of building at Douglas Middle School and 45,578 square feet of building at Douglas Primary School. This component project was approved by the SFC as of July 1, 2022. Douglas Middle School HVAC Replacement and Douglas Primary School HVAC Replacement are being bid together but must be ran and tracked as two separate projects. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
