If you have questions they MUST be submitted to the Engineer (Brierley Associates Corp.) at mgamal@brierleyassociates.com It is the contractors/proposers responsibility to check Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. No telephone calls, emails, or faxes will be accepted. ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Purchasing Office at: State of Wyoming, Procurement Section, 2800 Central Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 2:00 p.m. March 12, 2019. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000 you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document. It is the Contractors responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. The State will reject bids from any Bidder who has not signed the attendance sheet by the time specified for the meeting, or who departs from the meeting before the meeting is declared adjourned by the Engineer conducting the meeting. Bidder must also sign out on the attendance sheet after the applicable on-site visit.
