Site work for a water / sewer project in Colfax, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of May 4, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work generally consists of but is not limited to the following: new construction of, repair or replacement of 6" thru 15" sewer mains, sewer manholes, and sewer laterals. The method of repair of the sewer main includes replacement by open-cut method, directional drilling, rehabilitated by cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining and/or bursting methods. Sewer laterals will be replaced by open-cut methods from the main to the property line including replacement of wye connections. Where none exist, new sewer clean-outs will be installed at the property lines. New water mains will be installed at two sewer rehabilitation sites.
