This Project Involves Guardrail Replacement at Various Locations Throughout the Turnpike System Including North and Southbound Along the Spaulding Turnpike in Dover, the Eastern End of Us 202/spaulding Turnpike Connector in Rochester, and at Indian Brook Road and Exit 9 Ramps in Dover. No Phone Calls or Faxes Will Be Accepted All individuals, firms, partnerships or corporations intending to bid, before obtaining plans and specifications, must file with the Department of Transportation on forms prepared for that purpose at least ten (10) days prior to opening of bids, a statement showing their qualifications. No valid bidding proposal will be issued to a prospective bidder who is not qualified. Any information submitted as part of the Invitation to Bids may be subject to public disclosure under RSA 91-A.
