The Northern Region of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities' (DEPARTMENT), Fairbanks Field Office Planning Section is seeking professional planning services to study the airport needs of the Denali Borough area to determine the most appropriate airport site or sites for future public investments. Recommendations from the Plan include evaluation of alternative airport sites to serve the Denali Borough areas. This special study will be conducted in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 150/5070-7, The Airport System Planning Process. A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately March 2023 through December 2026. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $250,000 and $500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The proposals may still be dropped off at our office.
