Bids are to be addressed to Tonya Smith at the office of RWRA listed above and shall be marked DHP and JMO Parking Expansion- Contract # 2023-19, and must also bear on the outside the Bidders name and address and the bid opening date. The scope of work for this contract includes addition of 2,910 square feet of asphalt parking and 7,920 square feet of concrete parking, as well as rehabilitation of all effected construction areas Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract All taxes are the responsibility of the successful Bidder unless specifically exempted in the Bidding Documents. All Bidders must comply with federal, state, and city Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations, which prohibit discrimination on the basis ofrace, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, marital status, physical or mental disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
