Mill and overlay depths will vary from 1.75 inches to 3.75 inches, and 3-foot paved shoulders will be added from CTH GG to CTH G. Potholes will require investigation. Coordination with 3 private airports is needed. Coordination with adjacent projects in design is needed. Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
