The City of Gary Parks Department Division is requesting vendor proposals for Jewel Park Renovation services for the following City of Gary locations: o Ironwood Park: 2400 Louisiana St., Gary, IN 46407 o Howe Park: 3901 Vermont St; Gary, IN 46409 o Brunswick Park: 737 Clark Road, Gary, IN o Glen Ryan Park: 4320 E. 6th Avenue, Gary, IN 46403 o Tolleston Park: 1500 Rutledge St Gary, IN 46404 o Roosevelt Park: 2100 Harrison St., Gary, IN 46407 Contractors/ Vendors submitting proposals must be licensed contractors for the following: resurfacing, electrical, flooring, roofing, new shelter build, playground equipment installation, total rehab, demolition, lawn care, and baseball field renovation, with bonding and insurance. Copies of licenses, bonding and insurance must be provided.
