Right-of-Way Mow and Trim: Various routes in Warren county. Vendor shall provide right-of-way mowing and trimming services per terms and conditions of contract. Vendor shall maintain and control traffic per MUTCD specifications and as stated in terms and conditions. Pricing is per mowing or litter cycle. Deadline for written questions All questions shall be submitted in writing by the date and time specified. No questions shall be accepted after the date/time listed unless the question(s) is considered material to the procurement. Oral questions will not be accepted at any time except for bid procedural clarifications. The Commonwealth will respond to salient questions in writing by issuing an Addendum to the Solicitation. 1/26/2023 by 3:00pm Tentative Award Date 2/10/2023 The Master Agreement will be for the initial period beginning upon award and expiring December 31, 2023 The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject the bid response for any violation of this provision. This provision does not preclude bidders who presently hold contracts with the Commonwealth from communicating with state agencies regarding existing contracts
