Any new DDC components shall fully integrate with the existing building management system (BMS) workstation located at the Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools Facility & Grounds Maintenance Department, 1417 Murfreesboro Pike, Nashville, TN 37217. It is intended that all newly constructed buildings be controlled using standalone microprocessor, web-based, BACnet-compliant DDC computer systems. All hardware, software, and miscellaneous equipment required to ensure that the EMS can be managed from MNPS' local area network (LAN) shall be provided as a part of the project. The HVAC controls contractor (henceforth referred to as the "Contractor") shall be responsible for all low-voltage wiring installation and must coordinate networking with MNPS' Technology Information Services (TIS) department.
