Site work for a water / sewer project in Brentwood, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Drill a test well.Provide test well information.Drill a new well. Finish the new well once all required testing is complete. Provide all casing materials, grout, screen and gravel pack, etc. Install well pump, 5 HP motor, discharge piping a check valve and a ball valve. Contractor is to disinfect the well and any of the piping installed by theContractor. Owner will install the remaining valves and above ground piping. Owner will install, test and disinfect water yard piping. Owner will provide and install insulation for the above ground piping.Site Work Improvements including minimal initial grading. The owner will provide the gravel access road and any permanent fencing.The owner will provide any programming changes to their SCADA system Any/All other work which could be considered incidental to completion of the project.
