Perpetuation project on STH 32N (approximately 1.57 miles) within the city of Kiel in Calumet County. Curb ramps along the project will be reviewed for compliance with ADA standards. Non-conforming curb ramps will be redesigned to current standards. New curb ramps may need either FEE or Temporary Limited Easements to build. The right of way and parcels are to be defined by WisDOT right of way plats, subdivision plats, use of deeds and surveys from title searches and county research. It is estimated that approximately 120 parcels may be affected. By use of traditional and Transportation Project Plat (TPP), the necessary land rights will be obtained. Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
