Renovation of a municipal facility in Port Charlotte, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Charlotte County is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional Construction Manager (CM) at Risk services as part of Hurricane Damage Recovery, which may include various design and engineering consultants, stakeholders, and County staff.
